do you want another container for VP9?
I know only: Matroska/WebM (good support), MP4 (experimental), IVF (good, but rarely used), NUT (ffmpeg's own format). Also AVI works for some reason.
Note that program you want import VP9 file to has to support both container format and video format (VP9). Premiere doesn't have decoder for VP9, you need either reconvert or use VFW bridge.
tldr; containers and video format are two different things.
