you post a link to your website on twitter where people can buy an account and download all your pics for 5$
then some guy buys it, downloads it all and posts a gdrive link of all the pics as a reply to your twitter posts.

well, random people's business models aren't my concern but these ways come to mind:
take pictures of this and that for me and I will pay you X
photographer advertises having pictures of this and that, I pay X to get them (to use for any purpose)

the companies are probably not interested because they have much better opportunities to take pictures, like photo shoots and behind the scenes
I mean people clearly want those pictures. and they could quality control
they do those seasons greetings so why not make like a contest each half year for fansites to make the best fanpictures and release them in a neat photobook

Could be a bit of a conflict of interest too though. The companies have to protect their artists from fansites getting too close, encouraging them that much to get better and better photos is just gonna make them more and more annoying.
