you know how those kpops are... they're all talking behind the scenes
Finished Start-Up (2020). Another absolutely fantastic Suzy romcom drama. 2 sisters separated by a broken family and 3 down-on-luck programmers enter the world of starting their own businesses, all complicated by 15 year old fake love letters. Honestly, this will likely be in the top shows of this year for me. A solid drama that takes full advantage of its 80 minute episodes that never get boring. It is very inspirational and thrilling when it comes to business stuff as it goes over its various aspects, yet heartwarming and melancholic when it comes to family bonds and introspection, truly an emotional rollercoasted from beginning to end. The characters are so likeable and well-written, you really get to feel their struggles and connections. The plot line about Suzy's grandma helping the will-be investor guy is so good. The main guy is played by Nam Joo-hyuk (of 2521) and is really good in this too, I especially enjoy his dynamics with Kim Seon-ho as they due to their lies have to pretend to be best friends despite hating each other. Comedy goalmine. Yet, they are plenty other humorous moments. Romance is tender, bittersweet with its highs and lows. Suzy is elegant and beautiful as always, with amazing personality and some great character quirks. Although, she plays a bit more standard kdrama protagonist in contrast to emotionally complex Doona or tragic, silly and whole lot unhinged Gayoung from Genie. The show is beautifully shot, especially during the Spring parts. OST is very nice, I primarily like the song that highlights the progress as it evokes the same hype as Start Over from Itaewon Class: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrOLeoXrvLU
They do, yes but the download function is slowly disappearing from everywhere.
Yes, it does. But I can't find it unless I have direct link. Noticed some strange activity with the One Piece release too.
I guess that was always in books and games. The trilogies would be nice if they actually planned them. I don't think they will reboot it. AI versions of established characters will be eternal.
Not so sure about that. Pretty cynical. "Who is that character?" "He is the prison guy. Have you not seen the popular show?". Probably still not as bad as Rebel Moon, where Zack Snyder hired the black guy from Gladiator and his character was.... ehm... Gladiator General from... ehm.... The Gladiator Planet TM.
Yes, it is peak comfy countryside film. A dumb high school graduate joins woodcutter training as he saw a cute girl on promotional poster. Somehow, he ends up meeting her and maybe even starts liking the job
